1. Who We Are

We are Peak40. We run classes, workshops and trainings, and we also sell things like books, workbooks and other products. When you buy from us, this page explains how we send you your class and your things.

2. Products

  • In‑person workshops and trainings (you come to a place).
  • Online workshops and training (you join by Zoom or similar).
  • Digital items, such as PDFs, slides or recordings (we send by email or link).
  • Physical items, such as books, printed notes or small products (we send by courier or give you at the event). ​

3. Process after payment

  • After you pay, we will send you an email confirming your order.
  • Please make sure your name, email, phone and address are correct when you check out. If you cannot find our email, please do check your junk/spam folder.

4. In‑person workshops & trainings

  • Upon confirmation & payment, we will email the date, time and place of the workshop. Alternatively you can check the event page for the details​.
  • Travel and stay (or any transportation costs) (hotel etc.) are borne by you unless otherwise stated. ​
  • If there is a change of the date, time or place because of certain unavoidable circumstances (for example sickness, venue issue, new rules), we will inform you as soon as we can by email or message.
  • If you cannot join the new date or place, please do let us know and the terms under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Malaysian consumer law will apply.

5. Online workshops & trainings

  • Upon confirmation & payment, a link and instructions by email before class (usually 1–2 days before, or as stated on the page) will be sent to you by email.
  • You need your own device, internet and any required app to join.
  • If there is a change of the date, time or place because of certain unavoidable circumstances (for example sickness, venue issue, new rules), we will inform you as soon as we can by email or message.
  • If you do not see the link, please check spam/junk and then contact us as soon as possible.
  • If a replay or recording is included, a replay link will be sent to you within the time mentioned on the event page.

6. Digital items (PDFs, slides, recordings)

  • Digital items are sent by email or download link, either right after payment or within a reasonable time thereafter.
  • Delivery is done when the file or link is sent to the email you provided.
  • If you do not receive the items within the mentioned time, please contact us with your order details.
  • If you typed the wrong email, we will try to help, but if the item was already delivered to that wrong email, we may not be able to resend it for free.

7. Physical products (books, workbooks, merch, etc.)

  • We deliver all orders within Malaysia only.
  • For orders to be shipped outside Malaysia, please contact us via for further assistance.
  • We use common courier services (for example Pos Malaysia, J&T, DHL or others) or we hand items to you at the workshop. Shipping fees will be reflected at checkout.
  • The duration taken for the parcel to reach your doorstep will depend on the courier service companies. An estimated delivery duration will be around 3 - 10 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
  • If the address is wrong, incomplete, or no one is there to receive the parcel, the courier may try again, leave it at a collection point, or send it back to us. If the parcel comes back to us for reasons not our fault (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), you may need to pay again for re‑delivery.

Thank you for purchasing with Peak 40. We want you to love your Peak 40 experience with our services and products. Here’s our simple policy for refunds and returns.

1. Workshops and Trainings

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date.
  • 50% refund if you cancel 48 hours to less than 7 days before the date of the workshop or training.
  • No refunds within 48 hours of start or for no-shows.
  • Rescheduling is free if requested 7+ days in advance (subject to availability and discretion of Peak 40).

2. Physical Products

  • 21 day return window for unused, unopened bottles in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products (you pay return shipping).
  • No returns for used and/or opened products or products not in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
  • Faulty or damaged items? Contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund. Proof of damage must be submitted to be considered and subject to discretion of Peak 40.

3. How Refunds Work

  • Refunds process within 30 days via your original payment method. We’ll email confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
